This is a large-format Bible with imitation leather binding and gold-
trimmed page edges. The Bible is in perfect shape and shows no sign
of having been used.

Although there is a printed "Family Register" page at the front of the
Bible, it is blank. The inscription described here is on the flyleaf,
which is the blank page preceding.

The inscription is written in large flowing script with black ink.
