Holy Bible in Dutch; Dordrecht, Jacob en Hendrick Keur, 1741.

Contains the records of James Gilliland and Judith Roose, his wife. It is
now the property of the American Bible Society and is deposited for
safe keeping in the New York Public Library.

New York, 7th July being a very thundery was married or bound in
matrimony James Gilliland & Judith Roose by Rothenbuler who was
minister in this citty at that time Anno Dommini 1762.

James Gilliland aged 21 years, the woman was aged 14 years.

1772 August the 22 was born our 5th daughter Judith

1774 August 8 was born our 4th son Nicholas.
