from the old Henry
OTT Family Bible, reads: --
"Henry Ott was married to Rebecca Kooken on the 14th day
of January, in the
year of our Lord, 1801, by the Rev. A. Kromer.
"Henry Ott, son of Michael Ott and his wife Hannah Brown, was born Feb.
1st,
1779; baptized by the Rev. Faber.
"Rebecca Ott, daughter of Joseph Kooken and his wife Eva, nee Reed, was
born
on the 10th day of May, 1781; baptized by the Rev. J. H. Helfrich; sponsors:
--John Adam Schuler and his wife Margaret."

"1--Charles Ott, b. Dec. 14, 1801; bapt. by the Rev. Faber.
