This Bible is in good condition. The binding survives with the front cover
detached. The spine is good and the pages are all solidly intact with none
missing. The pages have a good amount of foxing.

There are some additional handwritten pages that were inserted into this
Bible with genealogy information. There appear to be several families
represented here in detail, including the Pankhurst, Barker and Walter
families.

The handwriting is difficult in places to interpret. Please view the scans
before using this information.

Brother Walter was born at Montville Mass. Nov.
19 1844, converted to Christ in New Jersey, in 1868.
From the time of his conversion he maintained a
positive Christian character, and was moved by all
who knew him. For the year prior to his death, he
served as superintendent in the S.S., where he seemed
especially qualified to labor. His disease was
consumption; but triumphed gloriously over disease
and death. O. C. W.
