Unknown Bible

This Bible is a 1714 Bible from the Netherlands, disbound and incomplete.
It begins missing the general and old testament title page, at a page marked
"De Staten Genereal der Vereenigde Nederlanden" and ends right before
the third book of Macabees (the Apocrypha is placed after the New
Testament).

There are only a few genealogical entries, which are on old scraps
which came with the Bible. I cannot identify a surname.
